My Partner and I have always loved the Sierra Foothills. Coming from the San Francisco, South Bay Area we've wanted to find that perfect first home to make our own, away from the big city. After speaking with several other agents, that rarely provided follow-up, we met Charles through this very website and he took our wants and needs and started sending us properties to consider within minutes. This was followed by actual meetings, where he was willing to drive several miles out of his local area to show us properties. Charles was my real estate agent twice. The first time I was trying to figure out if I could purchase a house at a rental. He showed me a few house, I decided I would rather use the money to remodel my old house and ... ghosted him. A year later, I NEED a bigger house, not a remodeled one and I call Charles. A consummate professional, Charles did not hold my prior behavior against me and immediately started a client portal with my new needs in the Search. He showed me and my family 7 houses, we bid on 3. Each time, Charles used his resources, including his extensive professional network to get us quotes, reports, guidance and, best of all, I went into each bid feeling like I understood where the house would need help to be my perfect home. Charles doesn't like to lose bids and when your his client, he doesn't like you to lose your bid.

I put Charles through hell. We probably drove 250 miles looking at about 20 different homes all over the foothills. Got outbid a couple times, and then COVID wreaked havoc on the process. Had two different home in escrow and I backed out. We finally found the perfect home, already had an offer and we were in 2nd position. However Charles worked the process and I ended up getting the home. I love this place. And I could not be more thankful for the extremes Charles went through. If he was ticked I couldn't tell. Always positive and willing to do whatever it took. And a very genuine and nice guy. Make him give you the bone-in ribeye when you close!

I can’t say enough good things about Charles! His agency sold our house for us, and simultaneously we started a new property hunt with Charles. He was always willing to go above and beyond, often driving over an hour (on multiple occasions) to search for our new home. We looked at properties in both El Dorado and Amador counties. In the end, Charles helped us buy a property sight unseen. He looked at the property more than once for us, and sent us videos. We randomly chose Charles as a realtor. We were moving to this area from the Central Valley and knew nothing about these rural towns. Charles was very familiar with these areas and we were pleasantly surprised that he covered amador county as well as el dorado county. He travelled quite a distance to show us properties. Our commute to meet up with him to show us real estate was about 2 hours. He was always very accommodating to rearrange his schedule to meet with us. He went above and beyond to help us even to the point of doing video walk throughs of a house we liked when we were unable to meet with him to see it. It took several months for us to find the house we wanted and we were on a time schedule to find one but Charles “worked his magic” and it all came together.
